After that I was executing AJAB for closing assets and I was getting below error: "Depreciation/Updating of values has errors? I also used ASKB which was finished without errors and after that I used AFAR. Now to open FY 2017 in Asset Management I need to close 2015 as no more than 2 years can be opened at the same time, but when I try to close 2015 using AJAB I am getting the message that for the said asset ‘Depreciation/Updating of values has errors.’ When I look at the Asset Explorer AW01N for the asset, I get the error message Manual depreciation not allowed with depreciation key ZSLN Message No.AA633 I have an Asset Substitution Rule created to change a Depreciation Key from ZSLN to 0000 and I am thinking that I could use it to change the Depreciation Key back and post the Manual Depreciation. When We remove the Test Run It shows that Fiscal Year change in TCF 1 possible only sfter the Year-end Closing 2002 2 3.

However, the Asset Balances Transaction AR01 also requires the Fiscal Year change to 2017.

Please advise how I can post this manual depreciation to close FY 2015 or simply remove the asset from the asset register.
